Vulnerability Breakthroughs in Love Relationships with Jim Thomas, LMFT and EFT Practitioner

In this truly heart-centered episode, we talk with Emotionally Focused Therapy practitioner and trainer, Jim Thomas about how vulnerability is the key to relationships, and how to get there.
Jim Thomas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has served as President of the Colorado Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and Director of the Colorado Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy or EFT – which learned from its creator, Sue Johnson. Jim’s work focuses on helping people to be more fully aware and engaged in their lives – with the assumption that when people connect more deeply with themselves, they can step beyond self-imposed limitations – allowing deeper connection with others and a richer life.

Today our topic is about both self love and how to use intuition to improve your relationship.
